You responded very quickly to email questions, usually the same day Came in on budget. Actually, less than estimated because not as much work was required from one of the subcontractors (electrical). Now, whoever heard of getting money back? Didn't ask extra money for small additional work (for example, didn't ask for money to hang some cabinets I'd picked up).
